Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
Wild Soul Well‑Being is a therapeutic space rooted in depth, embodiment, and collective care. I support people who are navigating life’s complexities, transitions, and tender places — especially those carrying the weight of systemic harm, trauma, or disconnection from themselves.
My work is relational and anti‑oppressive. I don’t see healing as fixing a deficiency or correcting what’s “wrong.” I see it as a relational process of returning to your inner wisdom, reclaiming your story, and reconnecting with what feels most vital and true. Together, we slow down, listen inward, and make room for the parts of you that have been overlooked or silenced.
If you’re seeking therapy that honors your full humanity and invites you into deeper self‑knowing, you’re in the right place.
About Caroline
I’m Caroline Rapp, LCSW, a depth‑oriented therapist grounded in Jungian perspectives on psyche, dynamics of the inner world, and transformation. For nearly a decade, I’ve supported people through grief, transitions, trauma, and their search for meaning and authentic ways of being. My work honors the symbolic and imaginal dimensions of experience — the dreams, patterns, and inner figures that shape our lives — while staying rooted in anti‑oppressive social work values.
I hold space with warmth and curiosity, helping you listen for what is emerging within and reclaim the parts of yourself that are ready to be known.
